Prospective students who are interested in learning more about Johns Hopkins SAIS are invited to attend a special event hosted at the Austrian Ambassador’s Residence in London. Please note that this event is an annual SAIS Alumni event that is being opened up to prospective students. The full agenda for prospective students is below. In order to attend the panel and cocktail reception, students must also attend the information session.

Although there is no cost to attend, registration is required. Please note that space is limited. Business attire is requested. Confirmed students will receive details via email regarding exact location.

4:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Information session for SAIS prospective students
5:00 PM: Doors open – Cocktail Reception
6:00 PM: Welcoming remarks by Michael G. Plummer B’82, Director of SAIS Europe and ENI Professor of International Economics
6:30 PM:
Panel discussion on “The rise of populism and the disintegration of Europe” with Erik Jones (B’89, ’90, PhD’96), Director of European and Eurasian Studies and Professor of European Studies and International Political Economy, SAIS and Catherine Fieschi, Director Global Policy Institute, Queen Mary University of London.
