Recruitment and Admissions Manager

The Recruitment and Admissions Manager for the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs will be responsible for supporting in-person and virtual recruitment activities, academic programs and admission communications and marketing, financial aid leveraging, and application review.

Duties include:

Implementing recruitment strategies, communications, and programming to enroll new students of the appropriate quantity and quality to fulfill admission goals.

Collecting and analyzing appropriate data related to admissions, recruitment, and attrition; utilizing system solutions and related tools as appropriate (Salesforce, etc.).

Representing the school to internal and external constituents, including university officials, administrators, students and their families.

Facilitating and participating in application review and communicating admission decisions.
