On 22-24 March 2017, 45 employers and 474 Graduate Institute students came together for Connexion, the Graduate Institute Careers Forum. The event, organised by the Institute’s careers service, featured presentations and stands from a wide range of recruiters offering job and internship openings.

Anya Gass from Plan International, a child rights organisation which operates in 51 countries, was one of the exhibitors. “Our collaboration with the Graduate Institute, and our participation at Connexion, is really important”, she said. “For Plan International, an organisation operating around the world, being able to make connections with students who have a rich academic background and who are looking to start applying that in the professional world, being able to meet them and hear their interests and experiences, is a huge asset.”

In addition to employer presentations, Connexion also featured sector-specific (public, private, third) round tables offering career guidance, with many Institute alumni participating.
