Office Coordinator

This position will provide administrative and programmatic support to the offices of Student Services and Career Services at the Pardee School of Global Studies. Reporting to the Directors of Student Services and Career Services, the Office Coordinator will manage a portfolio of assigned administrative processes, including production of weekly newsletters, updating student records, maintaining a jobs and internships database, and providing reports to senior leadership, as well as other tasks as assigned. The Office Coordinator will work with appropriate Pardee School staff to coordinate and oversee student-focused events, including managing logistics, liaising with speakers, and publicizing events to students. The Office Coordinator will also ensure that the offices of Student Services and Career Services operate smoothly, including reconciling expenses, ordering necessary supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for students.
