Published 04/14/2026 - The Faculty of Governance, Economics and Social Sciences (FGSES) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University launched its inaugural Talent Matching Day on April 9, 2026, at its Rabat campus. The event, organized by SCALES (Skills Cluster for Agile Learning in Economics & Social Sciences), brought together students, recent graduates, and HR professionals from a wide range of public and private sector institutions.

The forum was structured around individual interviews of 20 to 30 minutes in a dedicated open-space setting. Second-year undergraduates and first-year master's students sought internship placements of two to two-and-a-half months, while recent graduates engaged with recruiters for full-time positions. Hundreds of individual exchanges took place over the course of the day.

Participating institutions spanned public administration, international organizations and private firms, reflecting the interdisciplinary scope of FGSES programs in governance, economics, international relations, and behavioral sciences.

The strong turnout from both employers and candidates confirmed the Talent Matching Day as a new and promising fixture in the FGSES academic calendar.
