Published 05/21/2026 - The 37th Annual Human Behavior and Evolution Society (HBES) Conference took place from May 13 to 16 at the UM6P Rabat Campus. Jointly organized by the Africa Institute for Research in Economics and Social Sciences (AIRESS) and the School of Collective Intelligence (SCI), the event brought together an international community of researchers to explore key questions at the intersection of human behavior, evolution, and society. Over the course of four days, the conference featured a rich program of plenary sessions, thematic panels, and poster presentations, covering a wide array of topics ranging from cognition and social behavior to ecology and cultural dynamics.
