As the Director, Community & Culture , under the direction of the Dean and in collaboration with school administration, you are responsible for oversight of the school’s community and culture, inclusion, diversity training and reporting, and related initiatives and programming. You will be the catalyst as you spearhead and provide vision, direction and leadership to the college diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, training, and programs by overseeing, managing, and functioning within the day-to-day operations.
