The Hertie School in Berlin prepares exceptional students for leadership positions in government, business, and civil society. The school offers master’s programmes, executive education and doctoral programmes, distinguished by interdisciplinary and practice-oriented teaching, as well as outstanding research. The Hertie School is seeking to fill the following position:
Associate Student Recruitment (f/m/div)
on a full-time (40h/week) basis.
The contract is subject to an initial time-limit of 24 months and should start as soon as possible.
Contribute your own expertise, experiences, and ideas and help us launch the Hertie School’s newest programme: the Master of Data Science for Public Policy. As a member of the Student Recruitment team, you will implement student recruitment strategies, work on marketing campaigns and information material related to the Master of Data Science for Public Policy and communicate with prospective students.
Implementing student recruitment strategies to meet recruitment goals for the soon to be launched Master of Data Science for Public Policy
Identifying multipliers and running outreach campaigns in order to raise awareness for the Master of Data Science for Public Policy
Producing text for various marketing-related measures (online and offline)
Conducting campus tours and information sessions for prospective students
Liaising with the Hertie School’s marketing and recruitment partners
Representing the Hertie School at admission fairs in Germany and abroad
Relevant academic degree
Excellent command of English (the Hertie School´s working language is English)
Any level of proficiency in German is a plus
Proficiency with MS-Office applications
Interest in data science and social sciences
Experience in (higher education) marketing, sales or university administration is beneficial
Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-moving environment
