The Africa Institute for Research in Economics and Social Sciences (AIRESS), Faculty of Governance, Economics and Social Sciences (FGSES), Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor of Public Law. We are seeking for candidates with a strong expertise in the fundamentals of public law, including constitutional law, administrative law, public institutions, and legal theory, with a particular emphasis on public governance and contemporary transformations of the state. A comparative perspective is essential. We particularly welcome scholars whose research engages with legal systems across different regions, especially those working on or with reference to the Global South. The Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs, a full member of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA), is seeking applicants for two tenure-track assistant professor positions. The position will be housed in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. The start date is August 2026. A Ph.D. is required, although ABD candidates will also be considered.
