Established in 2021, the Arab American Leadership Program (AALP) is building a career pipeline for emerging leaders to serve in public policy, government and civic leadership. 

As a fellow of the AALP, you’ll gain hands-on experience through summer fellowships in state or federal offices, or at key institutions across Washington, D.C.
