Fund for Education Abroad Scholarships

The Fund for Education Abroad is committed to increasing the number of American college students studying abroad through the provision of scholarships. FEA scholarship applicants participating on programs hosted by providers in their Access Partner program may be eligible for financial support of up to $5,000.

To be eligible for an FEA scholarship, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or DACA recipient
  • Be enrolled as an undergraduate at a U.S. institution of higher education at the time of application (graduate students are not eligible)
  • Receive credit at your home institution for the program or experience abroad
  • Be studying abroad for at least 14 days
  • Have not previously studied abroad for any length of time after your high school graduation
  • Have demonstrated financial need
