The Brenda A. Brown Passport Scholarship provides the funding for young people to acquire their first passport.

The scholarship is open to all United States high school, college, and graduate school students. Applicant must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA and be a resident of any of the 50 States in the United States including the District of Columbia.

Candidates must be applying for their first-ever United States passport.
