Job Overview
The Assistant Director of Admissions and Alumni Engagement supports all Center for Security Studies (CSS)/Security Studies Program (SSP) admissions and alumni engagement activities, including but not limited to:
- On-campus and virtual recruitment;
- Applicant file review and presentation to the admissions committee;
- Admissions and alumni data management;
- Virtual, hybrid, and in-person events coordination;
- Multichannel program marketing.
Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation
The Assistant Director of Admissions and Alumni Engagement reports to and works closely with the Director of Admissions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in admissions, recruitment, or closely related field
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
