Quality Assurance Project Manager

The Stockholm School of Economics Quality Assurance Team is looking for a Project Manager! Would you like to work with quality related issues in an academic setting?

We offer you

A flexible role in an academic and dynamic environment at one of the top business schools in Europe, where internationalization is highly valued. You will be a part of a small team and will be able to make a difference to the ongoing success of the school. At the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), we believe that work is more rewarding when pursuing a higher purpose and have articulated our purpose in the School’s mission: to strengthen Sweden’s competitiveness through science-based teaching and research.

Main duties and responsibilities

As a member of the Quality Assurance (QA) Team, you will work with various operational and strategic tasks such as data collection and analysis, process improvement, creation of presentations, as well as primary responsibility for survey data management. The work responsibilities require accuracy, independence and discretion. As data collection and analysis methods for these tasks are continuously being improved and enhanced, creativity and self-confidence regarding information technology is required from the applicant. You will work closely with three other QA team members.

The position requires good statistical skills. Additionally, the applicant needs to speak and write English at a professional level and it is preferable, though not a requirement, that you also have good Swedish. You should possess comprehensive skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with pivot tables and survey software (i.e. Qualtrics or Vovici/Verint) and statistics software (i.e. Power BI, Stata and SPSS) would be an advantage. Much of the data analysis is done in Power BI.

This is a time-limited, 80% position until the end of January 2020. Please include your desired salary in the application.
