Princeton in Africa

Princeton in Africa is the only leadership-development program of its kind currently operating on the African continent. Fellows engage in yearlong, full-time fellowships and make significant contributions to the success of each host organization, while deepening their understanding and appreciation for the advancement of African affairs.

The Princeton in Africa program has connected highly-skilled, dedicated, and visionary young leaders with some of Africa’s most impactful organizations. Fellows have contributed to improvements in Business and Economic Development, Education & Youth Capacity Building, Public & Community Health, Environmental Conservation and Sustainability, and Civil Society in 37 countries across the continent.

Fellows must be recent graduates and no more than 35 years old at the time of the year-long Fellowship.
