Associate Director, Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
The Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (ODIB) at Harvard Kennedy School is a dynamic unit that brings behavioral, practice, and analytical insights to the design and implementation of diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) programs and initiatives. In particular, the Associate Director of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging will be the student-facing function of the office and responsible for supporting students around DIB issues, activities and coordinating those efforts with the Degree Programs and Student Affairs department (DPSA). Also, this position will perform a wide range of complex programmatic, administrative, analytical, and leadership functions in achieving DIB goals. The Associate Director of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging will play a central role in implementing infrastructure and processes for systematic collection and analysis of DIB data from across HKS. The Associate Director of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging reports directly to the Associate Dean for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. We seek candidates experienced with and passionate about student support, community engagement, and DIB programming, including analytics and assessment.
