Post-Doctoral Fellowship: IR of East or Southeast Asia
The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS), invites applications for ONE Post-Doctoral Fellow in the field of International Relations, with a focus on East or Southeast Asia. The fellowship is tenable for up to two years. The Fellow will be based at NUS, working under the direction of Professor Yuen Foong Khong, toward accomplishing the goals of a research project on “The Anatomy of Choice: Southeast Asia between the Superpowers” supported by a Singapore Social Science Research Council (SSRC) Thematic Grant (for details see https://lkyspp.nus.edu.sg/ongoing-research-projects/international-relations-and-global-governance)
The Fellow will have three main responsibilities: (1) revise her/his dissertation into a publishable book manuscript or a set of articles by the end of the first year of the Fellowship; and (2) assist in the organization and running of the Anatomy of Choice project, including but not limited to, liaising with the contributing authors, organizing workshops, and directing the work of the undergraduate research assistants; (3) contribute to the broader intellectual life of the LKYSPP.
