Admissions & Financial Aid Timeline: What Can You Expect Next?
If you’ve applied for admission to one of our master’s degree programs, it’s understandable that you may be anxiously awaiting news from our office. The Admissions & Financial Aid Committees are busy at work reviewing applications. Many applicants won’t hear much from us until decisions are released, though applicants for certain fellowships or scholarships may be contacted as the committees evaluate applications.
Admission and Financial Aid Application Timeline
While the timeline above shows that FAFSA applications were due in January, U.S. citizens and permanent residents are still able to submit the FAFSA. We encourage you to file a FAFSA if you have not already done so.
You can see above that we expect to release admission and financial aid decisions in mid- to late March. If you are admitted, you will have until the end of April to let us know if you intend to enroll for the 2022-2023 academic year.
While you await your admission and financial aid decisions, we encourage you to explore all possible opportunities for funding your HKS education. As our last blog post outlines, there are several avenues to explore.
We hope you will also stay engaged with the HKS community through social media—you can follow HKS on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Tune in to some of the public virtual events being hosted by HKS’s many research centers and initiatives. And keep an eye here on the Admissions blog, where we’ll share stories and news from the HKS community.
